These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ClinicianRemote (“ClinicianRemote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of https://clinicianremote.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

“Content” means all listings, salary data, guides, text, and other materials on the Site. “Listings” means job postings aggregated from third-party sources.

2. About this service

ClinicianRemote is a free, independent index of publicly listed remote and telehealth jobs for US mental-health clinicians. We are not a recruiter, employer, or staffing agency, we do not process applications, and we are not affiliated with any employer listed here.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use of finding employment. All intellectual property in the Site and Content remains ours or our licensors’.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, resell, or republish the index or Content in bulk;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its infrastructure;
  • misrepresent your identity or use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or
  • circumvent any access controls or technical limitations.

Reasonable personal use to find a job is exactly what the Site is for.

6. Third-party listings and links

Listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may change, expire, or contain errors without notice. Applications occur on the employer’s own site under their terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Content is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicianRemote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or data, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on any Content. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClinicianRemote from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
