This Privacy Policy explains how ClinicianRemote (“ClinicianRemote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use https://clinicianremote.com (the “Site”). We are an independent job index and collect as little personal data as practical. Read alongside our Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are (controller)

ClinicianRemote is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@clinicianremote.com.

2. Personal data we collect

• Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send the weekly digest and subscription-related messages.
• Analytics data. Where you consent, aggregate, anonymised usage data such as page views, referrers, approximate region, and device/browser type may be collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
• Outbound-click events. When you click an apply link or other outbound link, we may record that an anonymous click occurred to understand which roles or resources are useful.
• Communications. If you email us, we process the contents of your message and your email address to respond.

We do not require an account to browse or apply, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data.

3. How and why we use data (purposes and legal bases)

Under the EU/UK GDPR, our legal bases are:

• Consent - analytics cookies and the newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time.

The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
