This Cookie Policy explains how ClinicianRemote (“ClinicianRemote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://clinicianremote.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to use as few cookies as possible. The Site does not require an account, and we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking.
Strictly necessary
A first-party cookie/local-storage entry records your cookie-consent choice so we do not ask again on every page. These are essential to the operation of the consent mechanism and cannot be switched off.
Analytics (consent-based)
Where you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymised usage (page views, referrers, approximate region). IP addresses are anonymised. Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_<container>, which Google sets to distinguish users and sessions, generally for up to two years.

3. Consent and Google Consent Mode
Analytics storage is set to denied by default. We load analytics under Google Consent Mode v2, which means no analytics cookies are written until you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject,” analytics storage remains denied.
4. Managing your choices
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the Site footer, which re-opens the consent banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions.
