ClinicianRemote is an independent index of remote and telehealth jobs for US-licensed mental-health clinicians. This policy describes the standards we apply to our listings, salary data, and guides so readers know how the content is produced and kept current.

1. How listings are sourced

We aggregate roles directly from employers’ own applicant-tracking systems and a small set of trusted aggregators. We filter for genuine US mental-health positions and refresh the index daily. We do not scrape personal profiles from social networks, and we do not republish recycled or duplicate listings where we can detect them.

2. Independence

Listings are included on editorial merit. Employers cannot pay to rank higher, to be featured, or to alter how a role is described. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer, and we are not affiliated with the organisations listed.

3. Salary data and methodology

Salary ranges anchor to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data for the closest occupation and are adjusted for remote/telehealth pay models. Where we have a sufficient sample of live listings, we show medians and a percentile distribution computed from that sample; otherwise we show a clearly labelled editorial estimate. Figures are directional, not offers. See our salary guides for the per-role methodology.

4. Guides and accuracy

Licensure and compact guides are reconciled against official board and compact-commission sources, and each carries a “last verified” date. Licensing rules change frequently; we mark verification dates so readers can judge currency and always confirm with the relevant state board.

5. Use of automation and AI

We use automated tooling to collect, de-duplicate, classify, and format listings. Editorial standards, salary methodology, and guide content are set and reviewed by people. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated claims as fact.

6. Affiliate relationships

Some pages contain partner or affiliate links, which are labelled “Partner” and use appropriate link attributes. These relationships never determine whether a job is listed or how it ranks. See our Disclaimer for the full affiliate disclosure.

7. Corrections

We correct errors promptly. To report an inaccuracy in a listing, salary figure, or guide, see our Corrections Policy.
