Who we're looking for:
Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our Paramus, NJ clinic. This role includes a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with opportunities to provide individual therapy, outpatient group therapy, and intensive outpatient programming for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. This position sits in our Paramus, NJ office and reports directly to our Clinic Director.

What you'll be doing:
- Facilitate or co-facilitate intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and support admissions as programming launches
- Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient group, and IOP group therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualizes treatment plans
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation for this role is $35-46/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities. Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.
Please note, we require a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week.
What you'll need:
- Current, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
